Hydration & Nutrition

Being prepared for your trip will only add to it’s value. It is recommended that you bring the following items to stay hydrated and well nourished.

  • Cooler

  • Clean Ice

  • Water or Sports Drinks

  • Snacks

  • Sandwiches, wraps...ect

For your deep sea fishing or bay fishing trip, it is also recommended that you wear comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes that you don’t mind getting wet. Please note that all vessels are usually  cleaned and sanitized with bleach.  Also a good pair of polarized sunglasses and a hat will help keep your eyes shielded and  improve visibility when looking into the water.

For those prone to sunburn, it is suggested that you bring sunscreen along that meets or exceeds your SPF needs. Wearing clothing to cover up your most sensitive spots is also an option.

Sea Sickness

Some of us experience nausea and feel uncomfortable when on the water. Keep in mind that sea sickness medication often requires a specific time frame from the time you take it to the time you are out at sea for it to work. Be sure to read the label carefully and follow the directions carefully.  Behind the ear patches, Consumable and other remedies are readily available at our many local pharmacies and retail stores.
